BASIC TRAINING is a comprehensive 41-page very professionaly written tutorial on 
GW-BASIC which is identical with BASICA. This Tutorial introduces the 
elements of Basic including Simple Controls, Looping, Color & Sound, Arrays & 
DATA, GOSUBs and Functions, Files, Simple Graphics. This interactive tutorial 
comes complete with numerous examples that you can run and modify.

The tutorial is provided in 5 formats:

- BT.HTM = HTML format
- BT.TXT = ASCII text format
- BT.DOC = Word 97 format (using the special font "Arial monopaced for SAP",
           provided as fontfiles Arimon__.ttf and Arimonbd.ttf
- BT.PDF = a PDF-File which can be opended by Acrobat Reader 3.0 or newer
- BT1.COM & BT2.COM =  a DOS-based elecronic book with a convenient user
           interface. The E-Book is divided in two parts. Simply start BT1.COM
           and BT2.COM in the E:BOOK\ directory to read the e.book.

8 of the example programs are provided as BAS programs in the PROGS\ directory.

Sehr professionell geschriebenes 41-seitiges englischsprachiges Tutorial zu GW- 
BASIC, welches identisch ist mit BASICA. BASICA war die GW-BASIC Variante, die 
mit Original IBM PCs mitgeliefert wurde, während GW-BASIC den so genannten IBM-
kompatiblen PC Clones beilag. Abgesehen von den Namen sind die beiden 
Programmiersprachen identisch.
